Responsibilities
Designing and producing online courses for real estate agents and managers
Creating course materials and selecting appropriate methods for learning pathways
Contributing to the design, production, maintenance, and evaluation of e-learning programs
Advising and supporting the DACH region, Italy, and Iberia in implementing e-learning content
Acting as the central point of contact for e-learning topics, managing internal projects, and coordinating alignment with specialist departments
Collecting systematic feedback, analyzing results, and assessing the effectiveness of online courses
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication, or Media Studies
Some practical experience in a comparable role
Experience designing and using e-learning with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Synthesia, and Storyline
Quick learner with enthusiasm for technical systems, digital topics, and software
Ability to work independently in an organized and structured manner
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Excellent German and English language skills
