(Junior) E-Learning Manager creating online courses for Engel & Völkers with a focus on innovative learning solutions. Collaborating with various departments and assisting in project management.
Responsibilities
Design and development of online courses, including for our brokers and managers
Create materials and select appropriate methods for structuring learning paths
Contribute to the design, production, maintenance and evaluation of e-learning courses
Advise and support our markets — such as DACH, Italy and Iberia — in implementing e-learning content
Manage internal projects and coordinate alignment with subject matter departments
Collect systematic feedback, analyze results and assess the effectiveness of online courses
Requirements
University degree in business administration, educational sciences, communication or media studies
Initial practical experience in a comparable position
Experience designing e-learning and with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Synthesia and Storyline
Quick learner with enthusiasm for technical systems, digital topics and software
Hands-on mentality, attention to detail and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently, organized and structured
Very good German and English skills
