Lead Corporate Communications at ENERCON, a leading wind energy technology company. Responsible for strategic communications, team leadership, and enhancing company positioning.
Responsibilities
You continuously develop and shape the overarching communications strategy, core messaging and positioning for ENERCON, aligned with our corporate strategy and brand identity
You lead and professionally motivate the communications team, manage strategic and operational editorial planning, and set clear priorities for publications, ensuring close collaboration with the Corporate Spokesperson, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs
You direct the development and implementation of internal communications initiatives, formats and campaigns that promote our transformation, corporate culture and employee engagement
You ensure consistency and coherence across all communication channels — from internal communications to digital and executive channels
You act as the central interface between the global communications function and regional communications teams, building efficient cross‑regional processes and structures for collaboration and defining relevant metrics and KPIs to measure success
You deputize for the Corporate Spokesperson across all relevant areas — including managing crisis communications, responding to press inquiries, preparing statements, and representing the company as a spokesperson at trade shows and events
Requirements
You hold a Master's degree in media or communication studies, or a comparable qualification
You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Communications, PR/Media or internal communications
You possess excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
You have extensive experience in editorial leadership, developing messaging frameworks and delivering cross‑channel communications
You work confidently and professionally with senior leaders and can manage sensitive or complex topics with assurance
You think strategically and can translate corporate objectives into communications plans; you bring strong analytical skills and sound judgement
Digital communication, including social media, is second nature to you
