About the role
- Quality Manager overseeing the assembly team for wind turbines. Ensuring quality standards and conducting performance checks throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- You inspect the work of installation teams and ensure compliance with our high standards using manuals, checklists, and protocols
- You continuously monitor quality performance and inform all project stakeholders
- You prepare reports and develop proposals for improvements
- You review and document immediate, corrective, and preventive actions
- You support the project manager in assessing and addressing the defect list
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as an Electrician / Electronics Technician / Industrial Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, Mechanic, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience in a similar role
- Technical understanding and a hands-on mentality come naturally to you
- You have good English skills
- You are characterized by a structured way of working and strong organisational skills
- For on-site assignments on the towers of our wind turbines, we require fitness for working at heights and comfort with heights, as well as a high willingness to travel (up to 80%)
