Responsibilities

• Support in planning and executing sales and marketing activities (e.g., staffing, social media, follow-ups, and customer communication) with a strong practical and implementation focus
• Research, identification, and pre-selection of potential clients, partners, and relevant events
• Assist in project coordination, including prioritization, tracking, and follow-up on open tasks and deadlines
• Preparation and formatting of presentations, reports, and decision-making materials for management and internal stakeholders
• Maintenance, updating, and structuring of customer and project information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
• Participation in planning, organizing, and running internal events such as trade shows, workshops, and team activities
• Coordination of internal and external contacts and support for smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a university, e.g., in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field, ideally at the Master’s level
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent way and have a strong hands-on mentality
• You have a pronounced sense of organization and responsibility
• You communicate clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented
• You are interested in topics such as digitalization, the energy sector, and SAP
• Very good German language skills and good English skills
