About the role

  • Intern supporting Retirement Sales and Plan Consulting team by collecting and analyzing business data. Contributing to project work while engaging with sales and consulting teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze key real business data from sales consultations and performance results
  • Design and prototype a scalable database solution for tracking win/loss outcomes and consultation insights
  • Standardize and backload historical sales and consultation data
  • Build and test reporting templates and dashboards
  • Partner with Sales and Consulting teams to refine metrics, validate insights, and support leadership

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s program)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Available for full 10-week program (May 27 – July 31, 2026)
  • Must reside near or be able to reliably commute to either Boston, MA or Greenwood Village, CO (in-person internship)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship (CPT/OPT not supported)
