Intern supporting Retirement Sales and Plan Consulting team by collecting and analyzing business data. Contributing to project work while engaging with sales and consulting teams.
Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze key real business data from sales consultations and performance results
Design and prototype a scalable database solution for tracking win/loss outcomes and consultation insights
Standardize and backload historical sales and consultation data
Build and test reporting templates and dashboards
Partner with Sales and Consulting teams to refine metrics, validate insights, and support leadership
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a college or university (Bachelor’s or Master’s program)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Available for full 10-week program (May 27 – July 31, 2026)
Must reside near or be able to reliably commute to either Boston, MA or Greenwood Village, CO (in-person internship)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship (CPT/OPT not supported)
