About the role

  • Portfolio & Planning Solution Architect designing technologies and optimizing data models for better outcomes at Kimberly-Clark. Focused on integration, automation, and compliance in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and steward integration patterns between the PPM platform and enterprise systems.
  • Define and optimize the PPM data model to support portfolio analytics and reporting.
  • Build and refine automations that remove manual effort and improve data quality.
  • Establish and maintain technical standards, environment strategy, and change processes.
  • Configure intake forms, prioritization models, and role-based views for portfolio leaders.
  • Implement role-based access, SSO/SAML/SCIM integrations, and least-privilege models.
  • Serve as the technical bridge among various teams and translate business processes into designs.
  • Partner with change/enablement to provide documentation, release notes, and training.

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Agile or Work Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ADO, Smartsheet, Craft, etc.).
  • Experience designing or managing API integrations and data flows across enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting, automation logic, and configuration frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio and program management processes and data models.
  • Knowledge of identity/security models (SSO, SAML, SCIM) and role-based access controls.
  • Ability to translate business processes into scalable technical design.
