About the role
- Engineering role supporting materials planning and data analysis in large-scale projects at Spread Tecnologia. Requires expertise in SAP, Power BI, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Support materials planning;
- Analyze inventory movements, future needs, demand forecast calculations, preparation of drafts of ISA purchase requisitions and project reservations;
- Extract and process data from Petrobras systems and prepare/update reports/control of status for requisitions and purchase orders, following up with the responsible parties;
- Project assignment, project de-assignment, project reservations and parameterization;
- Supply vs. demand analysis and analysis of concurrent/competing demands;
- Analyze availability of tools maintained in time to meet demand, considering logistics time plus maintenance service time;
- Update files, controls and systems;
- Develop dashboards in BI (Business Intelligence) tools for data analysis and dissemination of information;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or another engineering discipline provided the candidate has a specialization in Petroleum Engineering, with registration in the relevant professional council (CREA).
- Experience working on processes related to the scope of the service post in large companies (as a contractor or in-house).
- Proficiency in the SAP ERP Materials Management (MM) module;
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency;
- Proficiency in the local language (Portuguese) and strong technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
