About the role

  • Supply Chain Help Desk Analyst assisting customers with questions or issues related to Supply Chain System tools. Delivering exceptional customer service support in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to questions and problems via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Provide Tier 1 support to fix issues.
  • Escalate questions and issues to System Administrators and Emerson IT as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
  • Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related courses.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting software.
  • Ability to break down processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
