Responsibilities
- Provide global analytical support for the monthly projection process
- Lead and coordinate the process of updating the Emerson Financial Model
- Develop presentations for senior management
- Provide finance support for the New Product Development process
- Gather data from world areas for ad-hoc analysis
- Prepare and update data requests sent from Corporate
- Develop and implement improvements to the current HFM reporting process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Accounting or Finance
- Experience related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong business system knowledge including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- A working knowledge of Hyperion is preferred
- Ability to multitask in a project oriented environment
- Ability to perform solid accounting and financial analysis
- Articulate professionally and concisely with all levels of management
- Work effectively in a team environment
