Responsibilities
Participate in all mandatory training provided by the company, including those related to Commercial Compliance
Represent Brazil's interests on the LAM marketing team
Be responsible for executing the Brazil marketing plan
Coordinate the local marketing budget
Be responsible for executing marketing events in Brazil
Support content creation and the execution of digital campaigns
Support and enable the production and development of collateral materials
Support the development of content for social media, brochures, presentations, and press releases
Act as an active member of the Latin America team responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns
Manage metrics and ROI for local in-person and virtual events
Support media plans and be responsible for developing relationships with trade media in Brazil
Support measurement of ROI for Marcom activities in the region
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
Proficiency in English, able to speak and understand technical or business conversations
2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing
Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with all levels of personnel
Ability to work with remote teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer usage is required
Knowledge of the following programs is desirable: InDesign, Eloqua, Hootsuite
