Responsibilities
Lead the engineering and administrative staff at the Southwest Regional Operations office
Provide local customers with system problem resolutions, field services, system startup coverage, system upgrades, small project implementation, project management
Interface effectively with key customer personnel to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Perform monthly project cost reviews and implement procedures to improve efficiency
Support the financial, efficiency, and quality objectives for the region
Supervise and coordinate personnel, equipment, and financial resources to expand business volume and profitability
Work closely with the Aftermarket Sales Team to develop work scope and implement upgrades and service functions
Mentor and coach team members, fostering an inclusive environment that supports career growth and development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
