Graduate Service Engineer in Ireland supporting Life Sciences sector through an 18-month training program. Collaborating with experienced Engineers and working on applications support, system maintenance, and cyber security assessments.

The programme has been designed to offer the skills and knowledge you need to immediately add value and contribute to meeting the needs of our premier clients.
The program will commence with an initial six-week technology boot camp in the European Engineering Hub in Cluj, Romania, which will provide you with a solid technical foundation across a range of Emerson products and services.
Within the programme, you will work within our Services Group, collaborating with experienced Engineers, where you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of functions that we provide, including;
Applications Support (Upgrades, Enhancements);
System Maintenance activities;
Cyber security assessments;
Resident Engineering (Commissioning support, Front Line Support);
And System Administration.
You’ll build a broad knowledge base and hone your skills through the immersive ‘Global Leaning Centre’ e-learning that is built around your needs, specialised Life Sciences orientation, combined with exposure to product/ systems specialists.
Requirements
Be on course to achieve a Bachelors Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline, with a graduation date between 2025-2026 and a minimum of a 2:2 classification.
Be motivated and curious with a strong desire to succeed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to travel and work at customer sites across the UK & Ireland and abroad.
A valid full driving licence and access to a car.
An interest within a Tech discipline, e.g. Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or similar.
An understanding of virtualisation, networks and cyber security.
