About the role

• Help support engineering design tasks at Emerson. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project documentation in Debrecen, Hungary.

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering design work
• Interfaces effectively with vendors, team members, and cross functional groups such as manufacturing and procurement
• Manage NPI forecasts with manufacturing
• Can quickly procure parts for team when needed
• Provide appropriate status updates to supervisor
• Understands the HW design process
• Creates majority of Engineering and Manufacturing Change Orders for the design team
• Manages Prototype and Manufacturing Verification runs for HW products together with Manufacturing and NPI planner through completion
• Drives and communicates across departments to assist with sustaining project
• Maintain appropriate project and product documentation

Requirements

• High school, associate degree
• Good communication skills in English in written (also in verbal is an advantage)
• Competent with the following tools: MS Office and E-mail applications (experience with Agile, Lotus Notes, Oracle is an advantage)
• Follows-up and tracks all tasks independently
• Able to work in team
