Responsibilities
- Develop the annual contract negotiation plan;
- Support Directorates in preparing the annual procurement budget;
- Develop/validate supplier relationships;
- Conduct bids with suppliers (BID);

- Review proposals and prepare contract drafts for approved suppliers;
- Negotiate and oversee contract initiation and renewals with selected suppliers;

- Proceed with contracting the selected supplier according to internal policies and procedures;
- Lead and manage the area's technical processes;
- Apply Strategic Sourcing methodology to the assigned portfolio;
- Present and validate the portfolio strategic plan with the Department Head.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering (Production, Mechanical) or related fields;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Perform product categorization;
- Conduct price adjustment analyses;
- Strategic Sourcing expertise;
- Knowledge of Kraljic matrix, TCO, etc.;
- BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement);
- Focus on reducing costs in current and new contracts while maintaining or improving quality;
- Guardian of procurement and contract policy; decisive leadership with support from the Head of the area.
