About the role

  • Supply Chain Manager overseeing procurement and inventory management for fast-growing E-Commerce health company. Ensuring product availability and collaborating with international suppliers and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Solicit and compare quotes from international suppliers
  • Negotiate based on product formulations
  • Clarify formulations and minimum order quantities with manufacturers
  • Maintain an overview of inventory and orders
  • Prepare demand summaries and forecasts
  • Monitor production, shipping and arrival dates
  • Establish a clear and structured data foundation in the inventory management system (JTL)
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketplace teams
  • Ensure new products are set up in the system in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Practical experience in operational purchasing, procurement or goods coordination
  • Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented
  • Strong understanding of order quantities, lead times and goods flows
  • Experience with forecasting or demand planning
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems, ideally JTL
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Self-motivated, reliable and with a strong hands-on mentality
  • A university degree is not required – practical experience is decisive
