- End-to-end leadership and management of demanding and complex digitization, technology, and transformation projects
- Analyze and model processes; identify and design optimization opportunities, potential technologies, and solutions together with the team
- Understand clients' problems and challenges, derive requirements, and prepare appropriate proposals
- Support the establishment of new processes, collaboration models, and standards
- Build and maintain relationships with project partners
- Lead, coach, and support individuals and teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Several years of experience leading (large-scale) projects (agile, traditional/waterfall, hybrid)
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops
- Strong skills with M365 and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and MS Project
- Strong interest in technology; basic experience in this area is an advantage
- Ideally, experience in change management
- Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2)
- Occasional willingness to travel depending on project needs
