- Senior Consultant leading and managing complex Digitalization and Technology projects at elpix. Facilitating collaboration between business and engineering teams to deliver innovative IT solutions.

- Understand clients' problems and derive requirements

Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a university degree
- Several years of experience leading (large-scale) projects (agile, traditional, hybrid)
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops
- Strong skills with M365 and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong interest in technology; basic practical experience is a plus
- Ideally experience in change management
- Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2)
- Occasional travel depending on the project
