About the role

  • Influencer & Talent Manager managing influencer relations and talent coordination in healthcare. Engaging with influencers to enhance brand communication and event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Influencer management (pharmacy focus): You manage our influencer roster consisting of PTA (pharmaceutical technical assistants), PKA (pharmaceutical commercial assistants) and pharmacists, act as the primary point of contact and the key interface between Sales, CRM and our brands.
  • Planning & coordination (medical content): You organize assignments for our talents, manage client bookings in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, write well-founded briefings and scripts, and coordinate appointments.
  • Brand development (ELPATO brand): You actively support the development of a new ELPATO brand and contribute ideas to create authentic concepts.
  • Talent management (recruiting): You strategically expand our talent roster with relevant PTA, PKA and pharmacists, reach out to candidates, maintain contacts through networking and oversee the full onboarding and hiring process.
  • Content & concepts (pharmacy reference): You develop content and concepts for assignments and projects together with the brand teams, always ensuring credibility in the healthcare sector.
  • Teamwork: You work closely with Sales and CRM to ensure smooth processes and successful projects that effectively reach PTA, PKA and pharmacy target groups.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in project or product management (preferably in media, agency or event environments).
  • Experience in influencer management.
  • Strong organizational skills, a structured working style and an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment working with talent and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on mentality – you take initiative, think proactively and find solutions.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm to contribute new ideas for brand building and talent management.
