Responsibilities

- Kontenüberwachung und Klärung von Buchungsvorgängen bzw. offenen Posten
- Kostenstellenmanagement und Auswertungen
- Budget- und Liquiditätsplanungen
- Erstellung von Statistiken sowie Wochen-, Monats-, und Jahresabschlüssen inklusive Reporting an Teamlead / Geschäftsführung
- Prüfung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Kommunikation mit externen Dienstleistern und der Steuerberatung
- Kompetente Ansprechperson bei buchhalterischen Fragen
Requirements
- Du bist Buchhalter:in oder Steuerfachangestellte:r, hast ein Studium im Bereich Steuern / Accounting / Betriebswirtschaft oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen / Rechnungswesen mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Wochen-, Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Sichere Anwendungskenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) sowie Erfahrung mit dem Buchhaltungsprogramm DATEV sind von Vorteil
- Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind unbedingt erforderlich
- Der Umgang mit Daten und Zahlen sowie lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten bereiten dir große Freude
