Responsibilities
Support compliance with and quality delivery of the Annual Internal Audit Work Plan for Processes/Finance, assisting in planning, organizing, and controlling the Audit team's activities in accordance with the schedule of the annual plan approved by the Audit Committee.
Be assigned to complex audit projects, actively participating in decisions about the scope of work performed, the extent of audit testing required, and the presentation of the results report.
Present and discuss findings with auditees to consolidate audit understanding and formally document identified risks.
Prepare audit reports detailing identified issues and corresponding action plans.
Conduct periodic follow-up on action plans included in audit engagements, promptly follow up to obtain evidence aimed at identifying root-cause solutions and mitigating risks.
Participate in internal audit initiatives focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal/External Audit or Internal Controls.
Postgraduate degree or specialization related to the field is preferred.
Experience in financial institutions, payment companies and/or fintechs/bantechs, or Big Four firms is desirable.
Experience with data analysis languages and tools such as Alteryx, ACL, Python, R, SAS, or SQL.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
