About the role

  • Berater für Privatkundenberatung in digitalen und hybriden Beratungscentern. Unterstützung bei Konten, Service und digitalen Angeboten für Privatkunden in Deutschland.

Responsibilities

  • Advise our private customers via digital channels (telephone, video consultations, chat, co‑browsing) on accounts, service, and digitization.
  • Proactively promote the standardized product range covering investments, retirement planning, and personal loans.
  • Confidently use digital media as part of the advisory process.

Requirements

  • Vocational training in banking or an equivalent qualification.
  • Good knowledge of retail banking product offerings.
  • Sales skills and enjoyment in customer interaction.
  • Open and communicative personality who enjoys working in teams.
  • Strong willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop your expertise.
  • Proficient in using PC and software applications.
