- Conducts pay equity studies and compression analyses
- Participates in annual pay program development (research and analysis)
- Supports corporate-wide compensation initiatives, including incentive plan administration, merit process, total direct compensation analysis, and salary survey design and submission
Requirements
- Requires a BA degree in related field
- Minimum of 4 years related experience with HR consultative experience
- HR related designation preferred
- High Excel proficiency is strongly preferred
- WorkDay Core Compensation application experience preferred
- Experience with broad-based compensation framework with market labor trends, job progression architecture and offer approval workflow is preferred
