About the role
- Program Director overseeing external Pharma and Payer data feeds and reporting services for Elevance Health. Managing revenue-generating product portfolio within a fee-for-service model.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of external Pharma and Payer data feeds and reporting services
- Manage and optimize a fee-for-service business model delivering ~$13M+ annually
- Optimize data feed strategy post integration
- External Partner & Vendor Management serving as the primary day-to-day relationship owner
- Maintain strong partnerships to ensure continuity, data quality, contract adherence, and timely issue resolution
- Support contract negotiations and ongoing performance management in collaboration with trade, legal, and procurement teams
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in external client-facing program management
- Project management certification (PMP) preferred
- 5+ years of experience with the healthcare/pharmacy ecosystem
- Understanding of the roles and differences among payers, specialty pharmacies, PBMs, and ambulatory care settings strongly preferred
- Pharmacy management software experience preferred
- Data acquisition and analytics skills, including basic SQL
