- manages state escalated and ad-hoc deliverables
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field
- minimum of 3 years experience in external client facing program management
- Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in program management, ideally within a state regulatory facing role is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of state regulatory environments is highly preferred
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Effective communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience working in managed care with Medicaid Plan implementation is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments and changing program demands
- Project Management experience is highly preferred
