About the role
- Agile Product Manager focused on product strategy and development for the Special Investigations Unit at Elevance Health. Driving innovation and efficiency in payment integrity processes with a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
- own product strategy for Special Investigations Unit
- partner with the Business and Technology
- build near-term roadmaps while driving innovation
- create compelling communications (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
- focus on business case product strategy/definition/positioning
- road map development portfolio management
- full competitive analysis win/loss analysis
- forecasting and value delivery through the ecosystem
- evaluate existing products, competitor data, and industry data to improve existing products
- make recommendations for new products
- develop and implement new product design
- streamlined system enhancements
- escalated issue resolution
- utilize the right key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the product performance
- facilitate meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for all audience levels
- manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- responsible for end-to-end implementation of all phases of product development
- gather business requirements/product capabilities then provide the translation to Digital and Strategy partners
- ensure all products are compliant with regulatory directives, state/federal laws, and policies
- serve as a product expert and a relationship manager to the core clients
- collaborate with system and solution architects to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the key technical aspects
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS
- minimum of 8 years’ experience with writing business/functional requirements
- experience implementing Agile methodologies
- SAFe (SA) certification required
- MBA preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Leading SAFe (SA), CSPO or equivalent (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
- SPO/PM (SAFE Product Owner/Product Manager) strongly preferred
- Payment Integrity experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Aha and Jira strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in developing new products by identifying innovative solutions and successfully addressing client and business needs or challenges strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office suite of products including PowerPoint
