About the role

  • Analista de Gestão de Fornecedores at Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado. Manage supplier registration and audit processes while ensuring compliance and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Supplier onboarding and registration (collect, analyze and validate registration information)
  • Conduct periodic supplier audits (due diligence), on-site or remotely, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements (mandatory documentation, policy adherence, assessment of Compliance, ESG and information security aspects). Report findings.
  • Supplier risk management (monitor integrity and compliance risks)
  • Management of supplier evaluations (initiating assessments, analysis and follow-up)
  • Management of supplier KPIs and performance metrics
  • Structured support for internal and external audits (certifications)
  • Liaison with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, SSM, Compliance and requesting areas)
  • Promote regular training sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in supplier/vendor management
  • Knowledge of ESG, Information Security and integrity requirements
  • Experience in medium or large companies
  • Experience with ERP systems, risk management platforms and due diligence tools
  • Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics
  • Experience auditing suppliers
  • Negotiation skills
  • Intermediate English
