Responsibilities
Implementing the sales objectives for existing customers in the private customer segment
Planning, executing and optimizing campaigns and initiatives to sustainably retain, develop and win back existing customers
Analyzing customer needs, market and competitive developments and deriving targeted recommendations for action
Monitoring budgets, preparing reports and using data analysis for performance tracking and optimization
Contributing to the development and improvement of projects, processes and tools
Requirements
Completed university degree (Bachelor) in a relevant field
Several years of professional experience in a relevant area
Solid, practical knowledge of marketing and sales instruments and a good understanding of market dynamics
Confident use of data technology and software such as MS Office, SAP R/3, SAP IS-U as well as CMS/CRM systems and CSS portals
Valid driver's license (Class B)
Customer- and service-oriented, self-reliant, and strong team and communication skills
