About the role

  • Implementing the sales objectives for existing customers in the private customer segment
  • Planning, executing and optimizing campaigns and initiatives to sustainably retain, develop and win back existing customers
  • Analyzing customer needs, market and competitive developments and deriving targeted recommendations for action
  • Monitoring budgets, preparing reports and using data analysis for performance tracking and optimization
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of projects, processes and tools

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor) in a relevant field
  • Several years of professional experience in a relevant area
  • Solid, practical knowledge of marketing and sales instruments and a good understanding of market dynamics
  • Confident use of data technology and software such as MS Office, SAP R/3, SAP IS-U as well as CMS/CRM systems and CSS portals
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Customer- and service-oriented, self-reliant, and strong team and communication skills
