Requirements
Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student:in an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule
Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen mit, idealerweise hast du schon Erfahrung im Recruiting sammeln können
Du trittst authentisch und empathisch auf
Du bist kommunikationsstark und es macht dir Spaß, Menschen anzusprechen
Du bist textsicher und beherrschst eine professionelle schriftliche Kommunikation
