Agency experience at an Account Director level or equivalent
Social & content background
Proven experience managing large or complex accounts in a leading role
Excellent project management capabilities and an eye for best-practice delivery
Confident and consultative approach with senior clients
Strong collaborator able to interface with a variety of internal specialists, and external stakeholders
Experience with both B2B and B2C clients
Influencer experience
