Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the delivery of complex social content projects
  • Implementing clear processes through collaboration with key functions and seniors across the business
  • Ensuring we deliver on new business, strategies and significant projects for our clients
  • Driving growth, innovation and quality output in your own work and in the teams you work with
  • Providing a high level of social consultancy and senior client support

Requirements

  • Agency experience at an Account Director level or equivalent
  • Social & content background
  • Proven experience managing large or complex accounts in a leading role
  • Excellent project management capabilities and an eye for best-practice delivery
  • Confident and consultative approach with senior clients
  • Strong collaborator able to interface with a variety of internal specialists, and external stakeholders
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C clients
  • Influencer experience
  • Experience with global clients
