About the role

  • Field Marketing Manager leading marketing strategies for Eftsure's innovative payment security platform in Lyon. Responsible for pipeline generation, campaign coordination, and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & pipeline development
  • Coordinate acquisition and nurturing campaigns (ABM, targeted campaigns, retargeting, personalized content)
  • Define field priorities and activation actions that generate high-quality leads (MQL/SQL), aligned with commercial objectives
  • Track and analyze KPIs: volume, conversion, pipeline influence, cost per lead/opportunity
  • Identify field opportunities (events, finance/procurement clubs, regional partners, CFO & Treasurer networks)
  • Supervise and develop the work of the Junior Growth Marketer and the Event Manager (apprentice/trainee)
  • Challenge acquisition strategies, segmentations, messaging, and A/B tests
  • Oversee execution of all events: trade shows, conferences, expert webinars, partner activities
  • Ensure a data-driven approach focused on performance and ROI
  • Ensure full consistency between messaging, personas, campaigns, sales sequences, and sales pitches
  • Structure and distribute the operational marketing plan for the sales teams (assets, kits, narratives)
  • Co-create campaigns, events and co-branding activities with the Partnerships team
  • Evaluate the performance of field activities, campaigns and events
  • Establish shared reporting routines between Marketing / Sales / GTM
  • Adjust tactics and plans to improve lead quality, influenced pipeline and ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing / Communication / Business
  • 4–6 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or fintech
  • Strong command of acquisition methods and pipeline building
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing tools: HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiarity with Sales/GTM organizations and partner ecosystems
  • Professional English (C1)
