About the role

  • Pega System Architect leading design and development of enterprise Pega applications. Architecting solutions for federal clients with a focus on best practices and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build applications on enterprise Pega platform
  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of an enterprise case management system
  • Identify and implement Pega best practices, system improvements, and mentor teammates
  • Use Agile Scrum processes and Pega Agile Studio to design and lead implementation of agency-wide Pega solution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building Pega applications using Dev Studio
  • Experience designing applications using Pega's Situational Layer Cake model, including frameworks
  • Experience working in an Agile environment as a Dev Lead on a Scrum or team construct
  • Experience with Pega platform version 7.x and higher
  • Knowledge of integrating Pega applications with enterprise level APIs and data services
  • IRS Moderate Risk Background Investigation (IRS MBI)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification
