About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the company's secure remote access group within the broader Application Delivery Networking team
- Provide technical direction, design guidance, and operational oversight
- Implement and maintain enterprise remote access solutions based on Zero Trust principles, including ZTNA and SASE
- Ensure compliance and reliability across hybrid and cloud environments
- Mentor engineers and serve as the escalation point for complex issues
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Collaborate with security, network, and application teams, document procedures, and evaluate emerging technologies to advance Zero Trust operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise remote access, VPN, or Zero Trust technologies
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers
- Experience in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles and technologies
- Experience with SASE platforms and cloud-delivered security services
- Experience with remote access monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing protocols, firewall policies, and identity-based access controls
- Ability to develop and enforce operational procedures and ensure compliance with security policies
- HS diploma or GED
