About the role
- Environmental Engineer or Geologist working at Arcadis, ensuring technical quality and compliance in environmental projects. Participate in environmental project management and internal training.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, implementation and operation of environmental projects, ensuring technical quality in contaminated site management at all stages;
- Support the analysis of environmental conditions;
- Conduct internal training for the team to disseminate knowledge about contaminated site management (GAC);
- Support the development of internal technical procedures for investigation, environmental monitoring and remediation activities;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agency policies, including government environmental protection legislation, and provide the best technical solution for the projects they work on.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Environmental Engineering or Geology;
- English: Advanced;
- Technical Knowledge: Applicable current legislation. Hydrogeology, geochemistry, and available techniques and technologies for environmental investigation and remediation;
- Advantage: experience with software such as QGIS, Microsoft Office, EVS or Leapfrog.
