Responsibilities
Elevate Edwards leadership in Public Affairs externally and internally
Lead implementation of Market Access and Government Affairs programs to secure patient access and funding
Engage with stakeholders to define access pathways within the healthcare system
Implement programs in alignment with Business Units and EMEACLA strategy
Establish and maintain a network of contacts with policymakers and payers
Collaborate with Business Units to deliver differentiated value proposition
Design and execute Public Affairs strategies to enhance Edwards's role in healthcare decision making
Formulate access strategy for technologies in structural heart
Monitoring changes in the funding and policy environment impacting Edwards portfolio
Requirements
Working knowledge of healthcare systems and policies in Poland
Knowledge and experience of health, economic and social issues and trends in Poland
Knowledge and experience in health economics and/or health outcomes
Expertise in Public Affairs, Government Affairs and Market Access, with strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (written and oral)
Significant in depth experience in market access, government affairs, advocacy and external engagement in the Medical Technology and/or pharmaceutical industry in Poland
Business level English and Polish, both written and spoken
Bachelors degree with a postgraduate qualification, preferably a Master’s degree, in Political Science, Lifesciences, Law, Economics, or Business
