Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and organize incoming deliveries throughout the week, ensuring all items are correctly labeled, tagged and stored in designated areas.
- Maintain consistent operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom through training, coaching and accountable task management.
- Manage inventory in an organized and orderly manner to ensure products are easily accessible for the sales floor.
- Sort shoes by size, style and type to enable efficient restocking.
- Assist with inventory counts and regular audits to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies.
- Support the store team in achieving and exceeding performance metrics including sales, customer service and other targets.
- Contribute proactively to a positive team working environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas and concerns.
- Learn and support multiple store functions, including customer service, product knowledge and placement, visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Assist team members with daily retail operations such as operating the Point of Sale (POS) system, restocking, pricing and markdown processes, promoting loyalty programs and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
- Adhere to Crocs, Inc.'s asset protection policies and procedures, including loss prevention, inventory control and compliance protocols.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of combined retail and warehouse experience; candidates with prior store management experience preferred
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours; consistent attendance is essential
- A genuine passion for retail and selling, with a focus on creating memorable shopping experiences for every customer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
- A proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently with attention to detail
