About the role
- Project Manager specializing in SaaS solutions for Edenred, leading complex client implementations and ensuring quality satisfaction. Collaborating with product and tech teams to optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- Management of strategic client projects (50%): Lead implementations including scoping, configuration, testing and deployment, acting as the primary client contact and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Solution specialist (35%): Ensure the proper functioning of external integrations connected to the solution (notably APIs and SSO), and contribute to maintaining and updating technical documentation.
- Collaboration with Product & Tech teams (15%): Escalate requirements, optimize processes and contribute to product evolution at the national and international level. You will naturally act as the Business Owner with the Product teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role: digital project management, SaaS implementation, product consulting or equivalent environment.
- Experience managing complex projects with a strong technical and/or operational dimension, particularly in client-facing contexts.
- Technical skills: SaaS environments, APIs, SSO, databases in various formats, integration topics.
- Training/facilitation experience: ability to train and support internal teams and clients.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder deployments and working with product and technical teams.
