Ensure the efficient and smooth delivery of activities related to the School’s taught programmes.
Collaborate with key senior professional services staff to deliver exceptional and adaptable student and academic services.

Requirements
Vocational qualification (e.g., N/SVQ Level 2 or 3, ONC, or equivalent) with relevant work experience; or a general secondary education (e.g., Standard Grade or equivalent) combined with demonstrable relevant work experience.
Administrative experience, preferably in an HE environment.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel, etc).
Strong communication skills.
Organisation and time management skills to plan and organise activities and events.
Demonstration of ability to provide an effective service in a customer service role.
