Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung und den reibungslosen Betrieb der Gebäudetechnik
- Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Teams
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
- Identifikation und Umsetzung innovativer Optimierungsmaßnahmen im technischen Gebäudemanagement (Konzepterstellung, Budgetplanung, etc.). Dieses umfasst die technischen Anlagen sowie die gesamte Gebäudesubstanz nebst Außenanlagen
- Koordination externer Dienstleister und Überwachung der Budgetplanung
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem kaufmännischen Facility Management zur Abrechnung nach technischer Prüfung
- Digitale Dokumentation aller Ereignisse (Wartungen, Reparaturen) – unter Nutzung unserer FM-Software
- Erster technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Gebäudetechniker
- Aufgabenverteilung, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Terminplanung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation (Meister, Techniker oder vergleichbar) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Architektur oder Bauingenieurswesen mit Neigung zur Technik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Facility Management oder in der technischen Immobilienbetreuung
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweisen
- Freude an der Digitalisierung und der Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
- Innovationsfreude und lösungsorientierte pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Office-Anwendungen; Erfahrungen mit FM-Tools sind Voraussetzung
