About the role
- Supports civil engineers in managing project documentation and compliance activities at EcoRodovias. Ensures adherence to quality and safety standards while assisting with road conservation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in preparing monitoring reports for roadworks and road maintenance services by receiving and organizing information provided by the responsible engineer, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
- Assist engineers in formalizing the delivery of deliverables to internal clients, strictly following the area's guidelines and processes to ensure compliance with standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Handle all procedures required for contracting and payment of third-party services, gathering the relevant information to ensure compliance with administrative and financial processes.
- Schedule and organize technical site visits related to the area, maintaining effective control over their execution and ensuring that all steps are completed in an organized manner and within the established deadlines.
- Ensure good practice of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Social Responsibility standards, as well as compliance with customer requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Operate in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program by following established rules aligned with Company guidelines, ensuring adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
