Responsibilities
Control the Concessionaire’s Investment Program: Ensure investments are executed according to plan, guaranteeing efficiency and meeting infrastructure development targets.
Coordinate internal compliance with obligations to the Granting Authority within contractual deadlines and conditions: Ensure all responsible areas meet contractual requirements, promoting integrated and efficient management of the concessionaire’s obligations.
Coordinate correspondence between the company, the Granting Authority and ABCR, and manage follow-up actions and filing: Ensure timely and organized communication, with proper recording and tracking of interactions and required actions.
Coordinate and control the timely submission of information to the Granting Authority as contractually stipulated: Keep the Granting Authority accurately informed within established deadlines, ensuring transparency and contractual compliance.
Prepare studies and provide technical-commercial support for claims submitted to the Granting Authority, monitor their progress and maintain the relationship: Support claims and negotiations, ensuring they are well-founded and that the relationship with the Granting Authority remains positive and collaborative.
Reconcile the company’s business perspective with contractual obligations to preserve economic-financial balance and optimize the concession agreement: Ensure sustainable concession management that is advantageous to both parties and delivers expected returns.
Coordinate planning, budgeting and monitoring of costs and investments with all areas of the Concessionaire: Ensure efficient resource execution and adherence to financial objectives, promoting budgetary control and cross-departmental alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree preferred.
Relevant experience in the role.
English language skills desirable.
Availability to work in Anápolis, Goiás (Anápolis/GO).
