About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls from professionals
  • Handle beneficiaries' requests
  • Follow up on beneficiaries' cases
  • Qualify enquiries and provide daily reporting
  • Collect responses from beneficiaries
  • Prepare a report in case of dissatisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Baccalauréat)
  • Planning to pursue a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac +2) in Customer Relations or a BTS NDRC
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Service-minded with a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Good written communication skills
