About the role

  • Strategic Onboarding Manager facilitating Dutch businesses' growth through Google Ads. Consulting on PPC campaigns, performance analytics, and market intelligence from Barcelona.

Responsibilities

  • PPC Architecture & Onboarding: Own the initial lifecycle of new clients by building, launching, and stabilizing high-performing PPC campaigns.
  • Consultative Sales: Identify business hurdles through proactive outreach and pitch data-driven solutions that align with client growth targets.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Advise partners on the complete conversion journey, from ad creative and audience segmentation to landing page enhancements.
  • Performance Analytics: Actively monitor KPIs to decode campaign performance, providing clients with the strategic pivots needed to maximize their ROI.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as the regional voice for the Netherlands, funneling local trends, competitor data, and GDPR-related feedback to our product teams.
  • Account Expansion: Take responsibility for portfolio health by driving product adoption and meeting upselling milestones.

Requirements

  • Academic Background: BA/BS degree (Marketing or Business focus preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Linguistic Mastery: Native-level fluency in Dutch (C1-C2).
  • English is our internal language for collaboration.
  • Digital Fluency: Adept at navigating CRM ecosystems and a habit of using AI-driven productivity tools to personalize client interactions.
  • Communication Style: A persuasive storyteller who can simplify technical jargon into actionable business advice.
  • Dutch Market Specialization Cultural & Business IQ: A deep-seated understanding of the Dutch corporate landscape, characterized by pragmatism and direct communication.
  • Regulatory Mindfulness: A strong grasp of local data privacy expectations and the nuances of conducting business within the GDPR framework.
  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: The ability to navigate complex decision-making hierarchies and build long-term trust with Dutch entrepreneurs and agencies.
