About the role

  • Account Supervisor acting as primary client contact and leading experiential marketing initiatives. Overseeing strategic planning and ensuring impactful marketing solutions in company environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships at the management level
  • Lead and oversee strategic planning, creative development, and tactical execution of experiential marketing campaigns
  • Drive experiential marketing initiatives that deliver results for clients, retailers, and the agency
  • Manage and mentor Account Executives ensuring high-quality work and professional growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life—from brainstorm to execution
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and financial performance, supporting overall account profitability
  • Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to clients with confidence

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of marketing agency experience, with a proven ability to grow revenue
  • Experience in experiential and/or event marketing (a strong plus)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping clients and teams aligned
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
