About the role

  • Dutch Speaking Onboarding Account Manager driving onboarding and strategic growth for firms in the Netherlands. Handling PPC campaigns and advising on digital marketing strategies from Barcelona office.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary architect for new clients, building and launching high-performing PPC campaigns tailored to their unique business goals.
  • Conduct deep-dive needs assessments to offer results-oriented solutions, using outbound outreach to introduce clients to new growth opportunities.
  • Own the revenue lifecycle of your portfolio by identifying upselling potential and ensuring long-term campaign sustainability.
  • Advise Dutch partners on their total digital funnel, including landing page conversion, precision audience targeting, and creative testing.
  • Serve as a bridge between the Dutch market and our internal teams, synthesizing feedback on regional trends, competitor activity, and feature requests.
  • Monitor and interpret complex data sets ($KPIs$) to provide clients with actionable insights and strategic pivots that maximize their ROI.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree (Marketing or Communications focus is a plus) or equivalent professional experience in a similar field.
  • Native-level fluency in Dutch (C1-C2).
  • Proficiency in CRM management and a proactive approach to using AI-driven tools to enhance outreach and workflow efficiency.
  • A persuasive communicator who can distill complex digital marketing concepts into clear, strategic advice.
  • A profound understanding of Dutch business etiquette, market nuances, and consumer expectations.
  • A strong grasp of GDPR and the specific regulatory landscape in the Netherlands, ensuring all strategies prioritize data protection.
  • The ability to navigate complex stakeholder hierarchies and build high-trust partnerships with Dutch business owners and agencies.
