About the role
- Field Service Technician installing and maintaining Eclipse Gaming Systems' slot machines. Requires travel across territories and excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain Eclipse Gaming Systems' slot machines in assigned territory.
- Represent Eclipse Gaming Systems professionally at all times.
- Have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Travel within assigned territory and occasionally to other territories.
- Perform installations and theme/game changes.
- Perform preventative maintenance and all other general service duties.
- Diagnose hardware & software problems on all EGS products.
- Respond promptly to incident tickets and work orders with a 'fix first time' approach.
- Document all work accurately.
- Read, understand and implement job specifications accurately on time and within budget.
- Act as an escalation point for other team members and potentially serve in a supervisory capacity as needed.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience working with Windows-based machines.
- Ability to work to budget and a proven track record of delivering on time.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects effectively.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in various States / Casinos.
- Ability to read, understand and perform as required job specifications, drawings, safety all job/project related requirements.
- Able to lift 50lbs, stand for prolonged periods of time, work indoors and outdoors.
- Familiarity with network technologies and troubleshooting.
- Experience in the Gaming industry.
- Knowledge of and experience with Class II gaming.
