Responsibilities
You support our team in maintaining VAT-relevant master data — ensuring everything is correct, up to date, and legally documented
Concretely, this means: you maintain and update product and company data with the highest care
You assist in monitoring changes to VAT legislation for assigned EU countries
You help document internal processes around data and contracts — clear, traceable, audit-ready
You ensure that information is properly archived and easily retrievable
You work closely with Legal, Product and Operations
You contribute to improving data quality and data structures
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a university program (ideally Business Administration, Economics, Business Law or a related field — but this is not mandatory) and have at least one year of study remaining
Very good German skills (min. C1) for precise data maintenance in our internal systems
Good English skills (min. B2) for collaboration in an international team
An ability to orient yourself and a willingness to learn — VAT rules are complex, but you enjoy diving into them
Accuracy and a strong quality awareness
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
