Responsibilities
Strategy & Concept: Identifying relevant trends, platforms and target groups; developing creative campaign ideas and briefs for influencers
Partnerships & Network Management: Researching, selecting and approaching suitable influencers, building and maintaining long-term relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and coordinating collaborations
Campaign & Performance Management: Planning, managing and executing influencer campaigns as well as continuously improving our campaigns
Monitoring & Reporting: Performance tracking and analysis of ongoing campaigns
Budget Ownership: Planning, managing and controlling the influencer marketing budget; reviewing quotes and invoices
Cross-functional Collaboration: Close collaboration with the French influencer marketing team, procurement and the social media team
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in influencer marketing
Experience in e‑commerce
Data affinity: You understand KPIs, draw clear conclusions and are confident working with Excel/Sheets
Autonomous way of working
Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a startup
Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable field
Fluent German (C1) and English (C1)
