About the role

  • Lead Business Administrator overseeing the admin team at Cavendish House in Hastings. Focusing on staff wellbeing and continuous improvement in the Education Support Admin Team.

Responsibilities

  • line manage and supervise Business Administrators ensuring they are able to respond to local needs and ensure Council policies are met.
  • maintain staff wellbeing enabling them to ensure performance continuously improves.
  • undertake one to one’s, annual appraisals and providing support and identifying training and development needs.
