Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15–20 clients.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure account balances are always accurate.
- Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks with accuracy and responsibility.
- Set up scheduled bank transactions with major banks.
- Monitor due dates and advise clients regarding outstanding financial items.
- Serve as the client point of contact, ensuring prompt, clear, and responsive service.
- Work closely with the internal auditor to ensure quality and reliability of deliverables.
Requirements
- Previous experience in finance (accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, or reconciliations).
- Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate functions).
- Familiarity with internet banking and bank access.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to communicate with clients clearly and empathetically.
- Prior experience working with bars and restaurants.
- Experience with the F360 system.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
